This location is okay. The communication regarding the rental pick-up was not clear. I received an email from U-Haul with the pick-up location and time I reserved. However, there was no information regarding the necessary step of downloading the U-Haul app and using the app to process the rental pick-up. This information would have saved me time and avoided numerous calls to the scheduler.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere was no cell service around this location so you could not do the initial pics and information. It is not easy to find, the very back corner of a large strip mall.
MATTHEW FSame issues with the app. It was very slow and almost made me late to my dropoff time. Also the space was not inviting
CAMERON TSupply jumper cables in the rentals, so others don't have the same problem as i had..
Gregory BJavier of Dmv Appliances Outlet and other U-Haul employees were very professional and accommodating to our rental requirements. The 15 ft truck was perfect for the move, was very comfortable, easy to drive, and performed very well on the highway,
