Trucks that are self check in/out need to be made available if the store is closed. Truck was not available when it said it would be. Also, I discovered this location lied and said the truck was checked out and back in- when it was not checked in or out at all since the truck was not available.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location and operator were helpful. However, the Uhaul I reserved wasn't returned by the previous renter. Uhaul needs to improve reservation process to ensure vehicles are available. I suggest spacing out reservations (4 hours) to minimize booking overlap.
Ken TNothing at this time. Everthing went well and the van was ready.
Dean TVery friendly and fast . I highly recommend this place
Sabrina ZGreat experience with all the U-Haul representatives. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the wait time on the phone was very minimal. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I received.
