Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe person helping us wouldn't know which truck was assigned to us. She did the paperwork for the wrong truck and later changed it to another. The truck assigned was different in the system. The truck was all beat-up and dirty. I had to wipe the windshield myself in order to drive. The gas tank was empty (less than 1/16th) so I had to go to the gas station and put some gas in it. When we arrived to our destination I set the selector to "parking" and turn the engine off. Wen attempted to turn it on to leave. It didn't. The transmission was in Parking but the dashboard showed "3rd". We lost two hours waiting for the mechanic. The selector cable somehow came off the bracket, the mechanic fixed it fast and easy. We got back to the location to return the truck. Obviously late because of the failure. It was 7:10PM. They close at 7:00PM. They were inside and saw us but didn't want to help us with the return... all in all, the WORST U-Haul experience ever.
Aleandro CPickup was smooth, but during the rental, I found what appeared to be drug paraphernalia under a seat and a pair of large bolt cutters behind the driver's seat, painted flat black.
michael kThe mobile check in was frustrating and the people in the office weren't very friendly or helpful but the truck and use of it were great.
