Terrible experience. I got there an no one was there and there is no lockbox either. I went to drop it off and there was no one there. I went during “hours of operation “
Sandra GEasy Pickup and Drop off. Was charged $15 for safemove but this was resolved and my acct was refunded. Van could have been swept a little but wasn't an issue.
Karen FBad experience. Was supposed to pickup from a location near me at 8:30am. Get a call the day before saying they have to switch it to another spot and they don’t open till 9am. Fine. Show up at 9 and nobody was at the pickup location. Had to wait for someone to show up with the key. Once I got the key, the uhaul was being blocked by another vehicle and we had to wait for someone to move it. We open up the back of the truck and only see two moving blankets. There was supposed to be 12. No moving dolly even though I specifically ordered one. It was at least 10 before we finally got out of there. Drop off was fine, but I’d really love a portion of my bill to be refunded for me to ever rent from Uhaul again, because that was a really bad experience.
Michael HThe inside of the van was dirty with papers on the floor. The floor mat was dirty with little stones. I tried to sweep out the van. But whatever was on that mat I couldn’t sweep up. I believe, you would need an air hose to blow that mat clean. But, all and all the outside of the van was very clean. The van performed well. Had no complaints whatsoever on the app or the owner was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I was very satisfied with my u-haul rental.
