The worst pickup location I've ever been. Person in charge wasn't there at the time of pickup. I wasted an hour to be able to pickup the truck. Never recommend this place.
EMILIO MPick up time 2 hours late. I returned the 10" Cargo Van earlier becaise I couldn't make the furniture movement. The people had to go to another job. And I was trying to find a cargo van on Sunday and It's been impossible to me. I am paying a rent that is for day and I have lost 3 days without moving to the place due to multiple misinformation and lack of communication between the person's involved. 8 think this is a great opportunity to review your process. I couldn't use the service and the vehicle was stop in the location for 2 hours. I may be a backup procedure on those case, so you do not lose and neither the customer. Regards.
RAFAEL AThe U-Haul truck was stuck in a mountain of snow, and I had to shovel it out and cleared it off before leaving. Every location I’ve ever been to has had the trucks ready.
