Be there when the appointment time is set. I had a 1230 appt. time no one was there so I waited until 115 then left in a uber to get home call at 145 for someone to answer so I had to take the uber back. Unnecessary use of money and time.
Gene D.Owner of business was not there when I arrived. I had to call u haul - and almost broke my nail trying to open rusted lock boxes/ equipment I ordered was not available and I wasn't notified
