You guys charged me a $63 fee. The $25 cleaning fee was preposterous. It's been raining for full of days there's gonna be mud. We've even wiped the mud out with a towel when we were all done. So yeah, there was a little bit of mud. But there was no trash. The cab was nice and clean just like how I got it. I will never use U-Haul again. You guys lost yourself a good customer because of the $63 fee.

I drove 16hrs without air conditioning was terrible I 2000 dollars and that was the worst ever experience ever was miserable had too get a hotel too shower
Matthew QThe man who was working at this pick up location was rude and treated me like me coming to pick up a truck was an inconvenience to his day. He didn't listen to me when I told him my name and tried to say the reservation was under someone else's name. Also he did not give me time to or ask if I needed to add another driver and did not explain anything about the pick up or return process. I understand I may look smart but I am disabled and needed him to slow down and engage in a more professional way by explaining things to me and allowing me time to ask questions.
JESSICA BStaff was very friendly and equipment was in great condition, however, the office space needs cleaned up, a coat of paint and new furniture. I felt like I needed to stand because things were too dirty to sit on.
CHERYL WI was troubled that U-Haul would not permit me to return the trailer closer to my house.
