Firstly, I was charged a $99 rate when I was supposed to have a guaranteed rate of $19.95 for the rental. The van was in good shape however it had a terrible smell inside. Also, my receipt indicates I returned the van at 10:30 pm when I actually returned and gave the van key to the gas attendant at 8:30 pm. Not really happy with the gross misinformation on the contract. The online rep indicated my proper rate would be indicated on my receipt once I had returned the van but it clearly was not. I don’t think I would rent from U-Haul again.

JAISON Wtotal scam... I returned it full, picked it up at 3/4's - don't rent from haul. I was SOOO overcharged. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT... All the emails they send are NO REPLY... I asked them this: Can you itemize this please- From my accounting it should be: 25.55 gas as I left it full and picked it up at 3/4 full I OVER paid for gas $19.95 as I only had it for one day (half a day- not 2) So 19.95 NOT 39.90 $19.35 for the insurance at only one day, not 2, so NOT 38.70 This totals: 25.55 19.95 19.35 = $64.85 NOT $51.41 Please correct or justify.
