The lady at the counter was on a … what appeared to be… personal phone call… she was not helpful, almost rude. There is no one there to help you unload those trailers off your hitch - I have a bad back!

Larry BThis was a very bad experience. We were double booked at the first location and he tried to help us. The people on the phone were not helpful sent us out of the way to another place and that lady took forever this took us 2.5 hrs to get done and about 20 miles out of theqay
Kristin JSpent around 20 mins scrubbing the inside of the cab that had sticky residue, liquid in the door, and a left over spiderman cup in the passenger door once we got it home. I understand it's a rental but it would be nice for it to have been cleaned and the bugs washed off the windshield from the previous users. Despite the equipment issue the front desk receptionist was very kind initially getting everything checked in for us.
