I followed my contract to a tee and afterwards they charged me for fuel. When I left it, the truck said 117 miles till E. When I picked it up the truck read 119. I shouldn't be charged 93 dollars for 2 miles.

The guy didnt offer renting from him and dropping off at another uhaul location where we where using one of there storage units and they are a uhaul dealer also so I could have saved money and made more trips.akso the 26 ft trailer I got to rent had a 20 ft ramp on it and its incline hurt my ankles and feet im still in pain from.

Sheryle DWell I was completely over charged, I was quoted 41.00, charged 122.00..the truck was empty on gas, went alin and told him and he said yeah people have to buy there own gas... Got charged 60.00 for gas after putting a little gas in it..so I was double charged for gas..I rented a u haul before and was charged more this time and for having truck shorter time than before..will not be using this u haul again..I got severely ripped off.
