We turned the vehicle in on Friday… contacted by Uhaul on Monday asking where the vehicle was and finally on Tuesday did the paperwork and sent the receipt.

Typically most uhaul locations are not that great in service, location, or supplies, so below average is the average. Fortunately for uhaul there is not alot of other vendors to select from.
William EI reserved the unit at a location convenient to me, without consultation I was moved to this location clear across town, adding 20 miles to my trip. Gave me the wrong equipment first, had to go back and get the correct trailer. Not a good experience.
