1. Truck wasn't ready. They couldn't find key. Had to wait 45 minutes for them to come up with the key. 2. The inside back of the truck was dirty. I had to sweep out the previous renters dirt. 3. Truck didn't get checked in by the staff when I returned it. 4. I reserved truck at 6th street location. I received an email that it had changed to the SE 10th location. I was never made aware of the last change to 28 Medical location. I accidentally found out via a visit to U-Haul .com

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything was great
Teresa LGirl was late to work by about ten mins. They would take phone calls at the location. Over all poor way to do business my opinion.
Jeremy KThe location was great, but they did not carry any moving supplies such as blankets or pads. I had to go to an actual U-Haul location for those things.
