Lack of parking. Otherwise it was good.

Itzel FSo much wrong with this location. First, no signage where to return the vehicle. I just parked it on the side of the street and that was where the clerk told me to leave. No paperwork was given when I dropped off the vehicle. I had to be careful to not let the cat out when I exited the office. I returned the vehicle on 9/8 before 1pm and it didn't get signed in until a day later and I didn't get the notice until the day after that. I didn't know what was going on so I had to take the time to contact customer service (who were great but couldn't help because at that hour the location was closed). All in all an awful experience returning to this location and will not use again.
Michael HAddress was not correct. Front door is on side street.
DONALD WFuel gauge was lied about when returned. Was picked up at 1/4 and was returned at 1/4, receipt said 1/8. Price more than DOUBLED because of this! Absolutely ridiculous. Will never return here, and will recommend others avoid as well.
