I set up a pick up time for 8:30. My original location didn't have the truck I needed. So my pickup was at an alternate location not far from the first. The place didn't open until 10:00. When I called I was told I needed to check in by phone. I'm a grumpy old man. I don't know how to do all this stuff with my phone. That part was VERY frustrating! If I still had my last phone. I wouldn't have been able to get the truck. And all appointments for the day would have been ruined.

Maria AMissing my dolly, and no gas and the truck was dirty
LINDA MI will never rent from this location. I drove the 10ft U-Haul for a total of 18 miles and filled it up with 2 gallons of gas before returning it. They ended up charging me for 4 gallons of gas and when I tried to contest it, the employee there did nothing to understand where I was coming from.
