There is no cell service in the location which causes an issue to return the truck. This is why I gave it a below average. I had to call U-Haul to make sure I wasn’t charge the $20 return fee because I wanted able to use the app. The staff was friendly and the van was great. Also there should’ve been more explanation of the return fee.
