Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPlease make sure all lights are in working order and operational. This is the second time I picked up a trailer that had a break/signal light out. It is much appreciated. Uhaul as a company have certain expectations from the customer. Customers have expectations from uhaul. I wouldn't want to get a traffic ticket because of a light out on my trailer that I rented from a professional company. Would you?
Ulises HReturn location was great, employee was very nice. Explained about being charged for blankets but not getting them, she was going to check with her boss. Have not heard back yet.
Matthew DThough we only dropped off, the App directed me on dropping off and steps to finish the drop off. The location had a drop box and directions. The location personnel helped verify I made the correct steps.
JOHN WI don’t remember her name but she is committed to her business. Thanks for not giving up.
