I reserved and paid for a furniture dolly, but it was not provided with the truck. This was very inconvenient during my move. I was also charged for the furniture dolly even though I never received it. I would like to request a refund for the furniture dolly charge. Please make sure that all reserved equipment is actually provided to customers in the future.

John EThe lock for retrieving the key does not work as intended. We had to manually push the shackle (the curved metal part) out of the lock body, since the lever did not do that. It took us a lot of finagling before we figured that out. I was even on the phone with support before we figured out how to manually open the lock that way.
Carolyn SThe lady was a little bit rude and tried very hard to pressure and guilt trip me into getting the truck insurance. I ultimately didn't get it. The truck steering wheel does drive the truck straight when it is turned straight. You have to slightly turn it left for it to drive straight which might be confusing to some customers.
ERIOLUWA EThere was a big issue with our reservation. The lady in this location gave our reserved truck to someone else, thinking the person is me! I called the location; she told me to wait by interrupting me and never answered my calls anymore. When contacted by U-Haul, she claimed that I was there when this person was picking up! I then went to the location yesterday, to pick up the truck (U-Haul resolved the issue) but the lady in this location was extremely rude and disrespectful. Worst U-Haul location ever!
