Atleast let the customer know this was a self service was not my original choice . But I was called and told this place had a 15 inch truck . I wasn’t giving any other details. Call uhaul for help the rep I spoke to was very dry and acted as if she didn’t want to help me . Ive used uhaul for years but this experience made it my last time .
Jessica WI spend over 20 minutes trying to get in the gate, the app was not functioning so i could not upload my photos. The rental people tried their best but kept me on the line due to internet and reservation problems. It stressed me out.

LORETTA JWe waited almost an hour to get someone on the phone to tell us how to get into the gate and into the truck. The location was closed on saturdays and the Uhaul app was down.
