The Trailer was filled with trash and other paraphernalia (clothes and needles). My best guess is that "homeless drug users" were crashing in the trailer.

Patrick SThe Drop Off Location would receive Negative Stars if the raring was available. The individual was useless, rude, would not come to direct where the trailer was to be placed l, and tried to keep the rental contract refusing to check it in while was there. He took a photo of the contract and said I would receive an email of the return. I returned the trailer before it was due and documented the return by contacting U-Haul via chat to confirm. I was concerned that the Drop Off Location would delay the return or otherwise possibly not return it at all. Later in the day, I received an emIl billing me for a late return. I contacted U-Haul via chat again to be told they would not immediately refund the improper charges and I needed to wait al least 3 business days for a response even though U-Haul had documented the return earlier in the day.
