The facility worker was very kind. Everything about this rental was incorrect. The initial location I went to was not ready at 8 am. I had to go to a second location. That location did not have a dolly. I had to drive to a third location. I was an hour late to my movers and had to pay them an extra $100. The van was dirty and not clean.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAttendant did not know how to complete my reservation. She had to facetime with someone else to try to complete it then asked me to come around and enter the information myself.

Janeth DPeople barely speak English. I was overcharged and could not understand what the man was saying. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I rented the UHAUL Saturday and just now(Monday) getting proper paperwork. Never again
