Not the location I chose. They swapped the location and I didn’t know until it was time to pick up. Took forever when I got to location for them to approve and tell me the combination for the key. Wasted time and miles.

DAVID MI really can't think of anything. The only thing was that when we arrived it wasn't open yet and I had to call the phone number you had provided and the signing in to pick up the truck was handled by phone.
