we didn't have an appointment but the desk person allow us to use the uhaul as long as we bought it back for the next person who has scheduled to use the truck. thank you

Brent KThe truck ran fine while we used it but the check engine light was on and it made a high pitched ringing noise which was concerning. Did get the job done though.
Laurence LThe truck needed an oil change and the Oil Life 0% alert came on before I was at the halfway point in my trip. Roadside Assistance had to be sent to check it, then reset it so I could continue with my move. I ordered a dolly when I placed the order, but decided that I did not need it when I picked up the truck. I took it to the office and the man told me that he would remove it from the order. When I returned the truck, I discovered that the dolly had not been removed. The drop off location had to remove it. The remote pick up process using the U-Haul app did not work for me at all, requiring four calls and six people before I decided to wait for the office to open at the pick up location. Then, the man working in the office was late. I had an appointment to pick up some items that I almost missed because the pick up process took over an hour.
