NOmra BWe booked the truck in central point Oregon. But we found out the day before pickup that we had to pick it up in Ashland 18 miles south. We were given an extra day and 50 miles. But it was inconvenient to travel to and from to pickup the truck.
Clinton Cthe receipt says drop off at Wednesday 4/29/2026 but it was actually the next day on 4/26/2026 and no one was any where around the drop off location, I had to call in and verify my drop off.
thomas vWe got a call that a 15' truck became available when we thought we had no options. The mobile check-in was difficult, but the support staff helped us through it. Thanks!
