Ower made me feel like I was a complete inconvenienced him but requesting a truck at 9am when he was supposed to open didnt come in until after 930.am I called at 910am said he'd be there in 10 minutes 20 minutes later showed up grumpy and cussing up a storm. Never again will I give him my business nor would I recommend him.

Darren CNo one was there called the number person was not professional and actually rude! Same the first time we used this place. Took two weeks to say we turned it in good thing I had pictures showing time and date we dropped off!
Sutana WSomehow they selected that I have all the insurance possible and I didn't select any Nor did I want to pay for it. Also misquoted on the phone about my price and was overcharged
MARK BNobody was unhelpful-- there just weren't any people there. Which wasn't too surprising since it was a pretty small rural-area town (and there was a sheriff deputy parked nearby, so that was re-assuring. Nonetheless, we were a bit nervous about dropping off w/o an inperson sign off, but a helpful UHaul associate made a note on our record over the phone, and of course I took photos to verify no damage. I left feeling very impressed with the whole UHaul experience.
