Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDO NOT RENT from this location for your peace of mind. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever dealt with. The address is non existent. If you look up the business, no results come up. You have to wander around the streets to find your vehicle. And then you have to wander again to find where the key is. It took me 25 mins to get both done. Then returning it is also a nightmare. There is no designated return spot, so you have to street park a vehicle in NY. It took me 20 mins to find a spot and that added 2 more miles to my bill. Horrible experience, this location should be shut down.
Amir EUnclear instructions on how to pick up the vehicle, as there was no designated parking lot. Street parking is tough to return the van, as you are fighting with other residential cars for a spot. The equipment requested was not included, but the van was clean.
Pearl MThere's nowhere to park legally at this location. The van already had a ticket when I picked it up, and I could only leave it right back where I found it.
NICHOLAS LThe operator or the owner was not available and I had to wait hours for him to respond in order to return the truck
