Easy process. Have tried Uhaul in the past with poor results, they have definitely made improvements. Will recommend and use them again if needed.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSeat buckles don’t work. Dents along the side of the truck not fixed. Trucks bumps up and down until 35 mph from tires being out of balance. Trash still left in the truck from previous driver as well.
Quin MThe guy behind the counter at the gas station was extremely rude. He was also trying to tell me the wrong process for picking up my reservation and got an attitude with me when I showed him I was doing it differently and it was working, and continued to tell me I was doing it wrong. Then after we finally got it figured out I popped back in to check and make sure we didnt need to do anything else, and he got extremely rude with me again. Overall very awful experience.
Skye HThe workers at Oakdale Food Market made it crystal clear they were not there to assist the U-Haul customer at all and they were just there to receive the key of the U-Haul rental. They were very rude about it and they don't reflect a positive image for your company at all. My worst experience with U-Haul was at this location not inviting at all!
Jonathan SCheck in and pick up took 227 minutes. I was given a filthy truck with NO FURNITURE Pads for which I was charged! I have no idea how to ever be credited for this amount for the pads, but it’s not worth it to ever have to talk with U-Haul ever again at this location. The clerk at this location was rude and unhelpful and could have cared less if I picked up my truck. Never had worse service in my life at a U-Haul location— NEVER AGAIN
