I was rescheduled to this location because the one I selected would not have the equipment I ordered, and I was told I could do mobile pickup, especially since I needed to get the truck at 7am to get on the road. When I arrived, my app was telling me I could not do mobile pickup, although there was a lockbox. I could not receive the code to retrieve my keys, and had to wait on the manager to get into the box. My truck also did not have all the equipment in it that I had requested. The staff was helpful, but they didn’t have the information from uhaul on hand to get into the boxes quickly.
