Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe were scheduled to pick up the truck at 9am. The Storage Place didn’t open until 930. The guy said he was late because of traffic. The movers were already waiting for us by the time we got back to load. The lock we got was very difficult for us to operate. We couldn’t get it open so the guy inside messed with it until it opened. Then, we couldn’t get it to close back on the latch.
SCOTT EBack of the truck was dirty we had to sweep it out before we could use it inside. The cab look like somebody spilled coffee on the seat and the floorboard interior was not clean, and there was a weird substance dried onto the instrument cluster of the truck, which made it really hard to see clearly cause it’s disgustingly dirty. And the shifter is having issues when you put it in the park the truck won’t let you take the key out cause it says shift to park even if you’re in park that’s a safety concern. I don’t understand why it was overlooked, especially from a safety standpoint of U-Haul.
