I called U-Haul and spoke with a live agent to reserve my truck. I was told there would be someone at the counter to complete me reservation. This was not true. For this location reservation has to be completed entirely online and clerk will give out and receive key for truck. Clerk does nothing else at the time I picked my truck up.

I didn't receive the equipment I paid for
Paris B.This is a location that does the bare minimum. Inventory appears to be a problem at this site. Only reason we picked up from here was because this was the only site that had everything needed according to the uhaul website… turns out they did not and rather than making a simple adjustment (utility dolly replacing the requested appliance dolly) the dolly was completely remove from the order. Was not given a chance to review agreement before the rental was complete and had to start the whole process over again. Truck was absolutely disgusting with a solid layer of bugs across the front of the truck and windshield, the cabin wasn't clean and smelled of smoke, and the check engine light was on before leaving the lot.

Sara Z.I ordered online and selected an OFFICIAL Uhaul dealer location but Uhaul made the decision to move me to a mini market in South Atlanta. I was from Maryland and picking up the truck after getting off of an airplane. The mini market had bars on the windows, bullet proof glass window to talk through, stunk like smoke, drug deals going on in the parking lot , the man behind the glass wasn't helpful until after a half hour getting the owner on the phone who did help me, internet coverage was poor so I couldn't pull up the required information. I was nervous being in an area I did not know and a place I DID NOT ORDER FROM. Very unhappy with Uhaul this should not have happened. I ordered the below location and should have received what I requested period for $475 I did not get $475 worth of service.
