My experience was very poor. I wanted to rent a dolly to pull ab broken down truck home. The truck was 2,1 miles from the uhaul dealer. I informed the dealer what truck I was pulling and what I was pulling it with. He did not have a dolly, but instead rented a car trailer to me. I asked if he was sure an extended cab truck would fit on it. He said yes. My truck wheelbase was too long for the trailer. I returned the trailer and asked if a refund was possible. He agreed but when he did the "refund" it was for more than the original amount. He said he made an error and insisted I give him the difference in cash. The "refund" was then canceled by him. Total SCAM!!!!!!

Beverly JI waited a whole hour before I was helped I went to a place with my 4 year old daughter that looked like an old farm! Yall also over charged me!! But it’s okay never again.. but the 2nd reservation at the Moreland location the man was very helpful & kind !!!
