My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. We rented a U-Haul and returned it to the same location within two hours. Upon returning the vehicle, Ms. Pat inspected it, took pictures, and signed off on the return. Despite following the proper return process, we were later accused of taking the vehicle, which was completely unacceptable. It was frustrating to have to defend ourselves when the vehicle had been properly returned and acknowledged by an employee. This situation reflects a serious lack of communication and accountability. Customers should not have to deal with accusations because of internal errors or poor recordkeeping. I would strongly recommend improving the return documentation process and verifying the facts before making accusations against customers.
