I was charged for three days of use when I only used the vehicle for one day totally 38 miles. When trying to return the equipment one is subject to the U-Haul app actually working correctly which it often doesn't. I feel like the actions at this location was an unauthorized money grab from my bank account. It difficult to use a company one doesn't trust. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

3rd party locations are always lower quality than regular locations which is why I book from a regular location but was sent to this location when there wasn't a truck assigned to my booking. The truck had an error message and was in a poorer state than average.

We will never recommend this location because of how sketchy and unsafe it is.
