The very-slightly-English-speaking guy at Bell Best was very unfriendly, and the rental that online quoted at right around 200$ ended up being around 540$… I expected an added charge for the extra miles put on the truck, but I told him I expected to put 250 miles on the truck which is about what I did…. And the extra 340$ felt like unnecessary financial rape

Melba SMy location for pick up was changed. Sent to a very secluded location; was not comfortable at all. Upon returning the truck I was charged over $500. I called immediately and was told there was a mistake and he was going to fix it. If I had not called I'm thinking it would not have been corrected. He called U-Haul with me in the line; after much back and forth the payment was adjusted. I am still waiting for the correction on my bank account. I have rented from U-Haul in the past with no issues; this was not a smooth process and will have me looking elsewhere in the future
Tara TWe had to call the people because neither Dolly was on the truck. After waiting an hour and a half he showed up and only had the appliance Dolly. We had to go elsewhere and purchase a furniture Dolly. And you had the audacity to charge me anyway for it. I expect a credit immediately or I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. This location should not be allowed to rent ever again. Most of the people there don’t even speak English. The ones that do the accent is so thick it’s almost impossible to understand.
