Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot friendly and not very helpful.
David OThe store manager claimed he had no service although he was doing a bunch of stuff on his phone. Was zero help and told me to go outside for over an hour and keep trying. U-Haul app is the worst app in the world and would not load at all in order to pickup and drop off truck in the app. I will not using this location or U-Haul again.
Ryan MI paid for an appliance dolly, furniture dolly, and general use dolly, along with 2 dozen furniture pads. Go there and all they had l, out of all that, was one general use dolly. Was told I can go to “any uhaul place” to get them. Well…..:I was already at a uhaul place and had paid them for the items. I did not have the time nor the means to go to another place. The lack of equipment made the job more difficult, and several pieces of my nice furniture were severely damaged. I won’t use this location again.
