Overall the location was fine but we returned the truck on Monday and we were contacted on Wednesday by uhaul and to tell us our uhaul was not returned. I contacted uhaul today and they were very helpful to get strained up. It was just disappointed to have to take time to make a call to strand it all up.

charles hThe check-in process could definitely be improved. The online portion is a little confusing and the in person check-in seemed to take longer than it should have. But overall the Uhaul truck was a great help in moving. I would rent from Uhaul again.
Timothy TWhile I said yes to being clean it had what looked like chip crumbs, ashes, and something sticky on the drivers column. Being a semi truck driver I have certainly driven worse so while I myself wasn’t too put off by it but a customer after me might be. Other than that the truck preformed as expected. Online booking, check in, check out was easy enough and I appreciated the YouTube instructional video included.
