Straps on transport would not stay on tires had to stop several times to reapply the straps could have hurt someone or lost my vehicle. Reported to drop off location and they stated that those straps were old and should have been replaced
KEONNA JThey were rude and unhelpful when picking up.our trailer and told us not thier problem if we can't get it on or off the trailer. Will never go there for a uhual and definilty not for service to a vehicle
Shawn SI was charged for damage to a window he has no pictures to say I did it I went back 1 hour later to see the damage for myself and he said he fixed it within that time will not be back for pick up or drop off at this location , very sad way to make an extra 150$
