Original location I reserved a truck at was closed because they were moving, luckily there was an employee on sight still and they were able to change my reservation to another location in town. All in all I would choose Uhaul again but maybe not reserve online because this mishap set me back almost 75 minutes

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was parked in the grass right next to a busy highway, which is a bad accident waiting to happen. Received vehicle with multiple dents in it. Whole truck smelled like cigarettes. Was charged for insurance even after stating I did not want it. HIGHLY do not recommend using this location. It’s obvious they do not care about customer satisfaction and just want money
Gabriel HNothing needs changing the guy was helpful with me scanning my license and everything I appreciated that UHaul the name speaks for itself
John LThis location nothing to change but my situation was not good
Joanne SVery unprofessional. The guy at the desk was rude because He was upset about issues on the reservation that had nothing to do with me but his system! Truck was not prepared and had no gas !
