Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was a bit confusing and instructions on pick-up were not clear. Also- you had to do a very strange drive out of the grass lot.
LUKE HThe app based process to rent the UHAUL was a little in-intuitive, however all else was great!
Bharat RThis station is unmanned and there is not a phone number to call in case there are any concerns or questions. To be fair there is a number to text, but response is very limited. The drop off is at a gas station and manned by individuals (gas station workers, not anyone from uhaul) that don’t speak English and are not helpful at all. Clean drop off site which made it easy, but above comments should be addressed.
ivar IEverything was exceptional! Thank you all for making the experience a seamless one.
