Great customer service! The check engine light was on, but we didn't have to go far, so I wasn't too concerned. Very friendly and gave a thorough explanation of the break down for cost.

Upon pickup, truck had NO GAS, I understand this isn't a full service uhual storage place but this was the most confusing rental situation. I would like if someone could reach out to me if possible to discuss more or my experience!

Diane GThis was not my original selected location, but a rep called me the day before saying the equipment I needed would not be available at my desired location, so I allowed them to change it to a location 20miles further. What option did I have if I needed the truck? Then, the pick up location could not select my original drop off location, which was less than 4 miles away from where I had to drop off the contents of the uhaul and instead selected a place that was more than 15miles away.
