The whole experience from renting to returning was smooth. There are a lot of pictures that cover everyone involved. The truck was very easy drive and seemed more modern.

ERIC EI’ve had plenty of experience driving or towing U-Hauls, Penske, Ryder trucks, and the like. The equipment is usually pretty standard—nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done. Typically, the process is smooth and hassle-free for anyone in need. However, what stood out during this particular experience wasn’t the equipment or the brand—it was the gentleman running the location I visited. I was having a frustrating day, and without going into too much detail, I just needed some reassurance and support to help turn things around. The team at this location went above and beyond, but the person leading the store is what truly made the difference. I’d go as far as to say he’s one of the best customer service managers I’ve ever encountered. As someone who manages a large corporate team responsible for billions in quarterly revenue, I often emphasize the importance of empathy, small gestures, and genuine care in customer interactions. This gentleman embodies all of those qualities effortlessly. He turned what could have been another frustrating experience into one that left a lasting impression.
