I'm not sure why you don't ask questions about other issues. For example, if I had known truck didn't have cruise control I would never have used Uhaul. Had to drive 1,000 miles! Also you people are impossible to get hold of - incredibly poor communication network! Staff are not knowledgeable about trucks - I got all sorts of incorrect information from different people in your organization. I have many more issues to note but probably meaningless to put here. Overall experience was HORRIBLE!Robert L.
The one person working at this location was polite, thoughtful and hard working. Wait times were long and trying to use the mobile app for quick check-in or check-out... just wasn't quick. Hire more people and fix the digital experience !Matthew B.

Have more staff on saturdays and busy time. I waited over an hour just to get to the counter. People picking up carton got to go ahead of me. I checked in online, paid online, entered license online all I needed was a quick verification and hookup. But had to wait for people that just walked in with thousands of questions and options to go through. Need more people at the counter.Jerry G.

I've been a U-haul user for more years than I'd like to remember. This experience at this location was the worse communication I've ever had and WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION for anything not even if they're the only ones with what I need. I rented a car hauler for 24 hours usage on Saturday May 10, 2021 at 1:30 pm to be returned Sunday at 1:30 pm. Little did I know what I had to do with the trailer if be done within 2.5 hours. When I was finished using the trailer I called this particular U-haul location where I picked it up from and the phones rolled over to the U-haul answering service. The lady (Jenni) that answered the phone was very curious l. I asked since I was done with the trailer and didn't need it anymore could I return it early within the 4 hour window and not be charged for the full 24 hours. She said she would make note of that in the records and the little cation could work something out with me when I returned it. The representative at the location said there's no early turn in refunds and I told him that the phone representative said I'd be able to get that handled with the location drop-off. I returned the trailer at 4:40 pm and was nastly told that the phone rep was probably in her night pajamas working from home and was not awake yet. I've never had such rude service and face to face communication like this before. Absolutely horrible service and two lip service.GLEN C.

Picking up the van was easy and I had good service. Dropping the van off was more of a hassle. One employee told me they were too busy to help me. I needed to call back for an issue I had later and I was on hold for 25 minutes with no answer.Miranda G.

They were understaffed and slammed for hours. It took an hour to pick up my truck, and an hour and a half the second time to get the car dolly. It wasn't staffs fault, clearly u-haul didn't have enough staff.Adam M.
