the 20 foot u haul truck, #TT1900K did well. the engine performed better than i expected pulling the full truck plus tow dolly and a chevy cruise passenger car. this unit needs some work. the steering wheel vibrated due to wheel(s) being out of balance or possible bent rim. when the truck is empty the noise from the box reverberates in the cab. this of course is lessened when the box is full. it would be great if there was more sound deadening material on the back side of the cab. when traveling at more than 45 mph there is a whistle. is it from the mirrors or the cab, or maybe a door seal? hope this helps and have a great day
Adam SAnd to use multiple locations to get a truck and a tow dolly that worked. Tow dolly was damaged when picked up. Lots of issues with wheel well covers, but at least the lights worked.
Paul CEasy to use after hours as well. Trucks are located in an easy access location. I was able to leave my vehicle there while using it for that short length of time. People may have a hard time using the online after hours due to winter and in a more remote setting out in Babbitt but all you need to do is call and they are eager to help. Great customer service Thank you
