Very difficult to locate this place, there are no U-haul signs anywhere, we had to call the 1-800 number for directions.

Nicole VThis was a secondary pick up location because the truck we originally rented was not returned on time. The driver who drove us to use the truck never looked at the vehicle just checked out the keys and took payment. It It seems that Haul is a side business and the truck clearly was not maintained and we live 5 minutes from this location and blew a tire that was clearly low rear inside tire. We stopped to air up and check the vehicle we realized the valve stem is broken off the inside tires. We used a stem from the front tire and when airing up the tire it blew up. fortunately we had road side service which we paid for and they where able to get us on the road 2 hours later in 110 degree heat. If we had not purchesed the road side we would've come out of pocket for something that is clearly routine maintenance. This is only the second time we have used haul and the second time we had a blowout on haul equipment. If I need services I will only use U-haul Dealer not a side business in the future.
