Good Evening, Everything went incredibly well besides the following points: 1) I ordered a dozen furniture coverings and the pick-up location did not have any. The employee stated that "we do not have them because no one cleans them, so we do not give them out anymore." I would appreciate a refund for the (12) furniture coverings that I did not receive. 2) I did not request a dolly in the original transaction, however, it managed to end up in my cart during payment. I knew I was not going to use the dolly and I did not use the doll. Can this be refunded? Other than that, everything went very smooth. Please reach out to me with any questions. Thank you!
