There is nothing you can do to improve the service I received the young lady was very professional and then when I disagreed at first about the amount it's the young lady felt I was wrong she rectified the situation immediately I would say this young lady has a future in management thank youKenneth W.

I am a corporate customer I made a reservation before I came. The person who processed the reservation did not know how to process a corporate reservation so she canceled it make a personal reservation instead. 1 and 1/2 the cost. The truck was quite dirty I had to clean it before using it. The gas recorded left in the truck was greater than what was actually in the truck and because the person did not understand how to process commercial accounts she kept me waiting 50 minutes although she was not occupied at the time and the store was quite at 6:50-7:45 pm that I left the store. I will try again with them in the future perhaps they can get their act together.STEWART R.

Make sure appointment is scheduled during a time when someone is working customer service. I had flexibility to come earlier than my appointment and chose to do that so i wouldn't risk someone not showing up right at 8am even though the store was open it wasn't clear if someone would be able to help me that early on New Year's day. otherwise excellent service - they moved the appt up for me and everything went smoothly.Jessica M.

We chose our location online that was a lot closer to the house not 45 mins away. We were called a day before saying that location was not available after booking 3 weeks in advance. We also confirmed at this location that we could drop the truck off before 6pm the next day without getting charged.charles G.

They only had 9 furniture pads instead of the 2 dozen we requested. We were there for over an hour waiting for them to get the truck and paperwork ready. We had already uploaded the driver's license, but they still had to take his license. It was frustrating.Kathleen B.
