Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAnd I was charged $200 extra for cleaning the truck that did not need to be cleaned and I left more gas in the tank than was given to me but I was charged &28.00 to adjust for fuel. What I learned is to never turn in truck unless staff is able to process you at that moment. I left them with the keys and received a bill for fuel & cleaning fee of $200.
Phyllis HPoor customer service. Did not have equipment that was “reserved”. We ordered regular Dollies & they were not available. We were charged for appliance Dollies. Windshield wiper didn’t work & it rained. Overcharged for mileage. Mileage fee stated $1.29/mile and receipt states $1.79
Sabreta BThis was not my original pickup location. U-Haul changed my reservation to this location the day before pickup. I felt very unsafe at the location and heard a loud noise that sounded like a gunshot while I was walking with my luggage to the U-Haul. In addition, the equipment I had reserved was not loaded in the vehicle when I arrived. This was a very unsettling pickup experience.
