Over charge for mile I didn’t use
Kenard MThe U-Haul pick up and drop off experiences were bad. U-Haul changed both locations on us without making it clear this was (1) a possibility or (2) notifying us. An agent verbally confirmed a drop off location which was then changed on us. Absolutely abysmal experience. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.
Sonya RThings happen on worksites and with tasks and jobs things don’t always go according to plan. I feel like you need to make it easier and cheaper if not to extend the time required to get your task done. I don’t think I should’ve had to pay so much extra money just to keep it a little longer.
Eddie MThis experience was absolutely awful! I have used U-Haul many times in the past and this has been my worst experience. The app didn't work, customer service by phone or in-person was not helpful. I don't know if I will ever use your company again. I'm not the kind of person who does Yelp, but I will this time.
