There was an error message after submitting my pictures during pickup and upon return I had to go through the delivery process twice because the app kept failing.

The only problem I had (and it wasn’t with the location) was that I had to drop it off by 8am that morning or you are charged for another day , I had ALOT of traveling to do to get my move done and being there by 8am even when I woke up at 5am was pretty hard but they worked with me. First time moving so unexpected is expected, great location , simple drop off, I was happy in the end.

He said OK no problem and he booked a 20 foot truck for higher the price and then when I call Support, he told them a lie that I said I wanted to get the 20 foot truck because I don’t have time to go to another location and get the 15 there
MARIFOU SThey don’t refill the Trucks after Last use and you can’t return the truck with the same amount of gas that was in it before you got it because you will go over the Intended miles. Meaning that you lose about a extra $25 after returning the truck.
