No where to park. No where to return vehicles. The property is not large enough. Was run off by a neighbor trying to return. The garage parking lot is a death trap and huge liability issue. While picking up and returning the vehicle I was concerned about the rubbish and debris all through the parking lot. Not sure who would write the check if you tripped and got hurt. Very unsafe and hazardous conditions. An insurance company's worst nightmare. On top of everything the vehicle was dirty and not maintained.

They never seem to have space for anything. The traffic on the road is downright dangerous!
Julia NTruck was dirty and smelled like smoke, ashes on the floors and doors. Drivers front tire was bad and caked with tar and stone. Service truck too 3 hours to repair it.
Micheal FNo parking and shop smelled of smoke terribly couldn’t breathe. Though I have more of an issue with uhual than the shop. This was the second time I rented from a uhual on Sullivan trail and the second time that I received notice shortly before pickup time that the truck was not going to be available. Left to scrabble and find a new one. I contacted the uhaul number in the text that I received 15m before pickup saying it won’t be available. The lady was nice and found me a new one at another location, which was in opposite direction so I’m paying more mileage. She said I’d get $0.89 mileage due to inconvenience. I didn’t! I chatted uhual on their app and they couldn’t help me! I’m pissef and will never use them again.
