Megan J.I was initially supposed to pick my truck up at TNT Outlet on SW Jefferson in Peoria. I messaged them to alert them that i was running a few minutes late. We arrived at about 6:45p and their closing time was at 7pm. There was no one at the location and they did not answer the phone. The first person I talked to at UHaul continued to tell me that they have a strict closing time of 7. I was there 15 minutes before they closed and there was no one there. I was transferred to Reservation Services to try and find another truck. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and was able to find me a truck at Freedom Mini Storage. When we arrived we started doing the self check-in which can be confusing. One of the employees stopped by because he saw the request online and helped us get the keys. I really appreciated his customer service and willingness to come after-hours to help me.
