Well I was lied to about a closest drop off location from the lady I was moving to a new state not familiar with the area and she was going to have me drive 40 miles away from my house which I found out after getting here then to find out that there was a U-Haul drop off only 3 miles away from my house I had to call customer service to get it changed. She also was very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with she was chomping on pizza looked unclean and wearing house clothes and crocs. I also on behalf of U-Haul didn’t appreciate the last minute phone call saying my rental equipment wasn’t available in my town when come to find out after I drove 50 miles to pick it up it was I was lied to and it has made my experience awful
